Meet Patty


Hi, I’m Patty — the woman behind The Movement Club.
I’m a yoga and Pilates teacher with a love for mindful movement, meditation, and journaling.

My practice is all about creating strength with softness, balance with flow, and connection between body and mind.

Through teaching, I’ve learned that movement is more than exercise — it’s a way to heal, to ground, and to rediscover yourself.

My mission is to guide you into that space, where you feel stronger, freer, and more connected — both on and off the mat.
